We are looking for over 1000+ enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our 2026 season for the Playland Amusement Park and support the delivery of the FIFA Fan Festival™!
As a part of this once in a lifetime experience, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, gain valuable work experience, and create lasting memories either as a part of the Playland or FIFA Fan Festival™ venue operational teams.
A wide variety of positions are available in departments such as Food & Beverage, Guest Experience, Ticketing, Games, Rides, Public Safety, Parking, and Grounds Clean-Up.

What Positions are available?
A wide variety of positions will be available for both Playland and the FIFA Fan Festival™. Included below is highlight of some key positions. Please note that Playland and the FIFA Fan Festival™ are two separate operations in different site locations at the PNE, and some positions may be exclusive to only Playland or the FIFA Fan Festival™.
- Food & Beverage – Must be 15 or 19 years of age or older by April 1st, 2026.
- Bartenders (19+), Concessions Attendants, Catering Cook, Catering Prep Cook, Candy Attendants, Stockpersons (valid Class 5 or 7 driver’s license required), Dishwashers, Catering Severs, Playland Concessions Attendant, Playland Grill Cooks & Playland Bussers
- Games – Must be 15 years of age or older by April 1st, 2026.
- Games Attendants & Games Warehouse Attendants
- Public Safety & Parking – Must be 15 years of age or older by April 1st, 2026.
- Day Ambassadors, Night Ambassadors (19+), Parking Attendants
- Playland Maintenance – Must be 15 years of age or older by April 1st, 2026.
- Grounds Maintenance Attendants
- Rides – Must be 16 years of age or older by April 1st, 2026.
- Guest Experience – Must be 15 years of age or older by April 1st, 2026.
- Guest Experience Attendants
- TicketLeader – Must be 15 years of age or older by April 1st, 2026.
- PNE Facilities and Maintenance – Must be 15 or 19 years of age or older by April 1st, 2026.
- Washroom Facility Attendant (19+), Grounds Clean-up, Grounds Clean-up – Night (19+).

When will you work?
- Dates:
- Playland is open from May 16th – September 7th.
- Employees hired for the Playland season will also be required to work select dates in October for the Fright Nights operating season.
- For FIFA Fan Festival™, shifts between June 11th – July 19th.
- Hours:
- Operational hours will be shared with those who are shortlisted.
- Shifts will be scheduled according to operational times and may vary week over week.
- Shift times will be dependent upon position requirements, and may include early mornings, daytime hours, evenings, late nights, or overnight shifts.
- Availability Requirements: at least 3-4 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Training: Training for Playland positions will begin at the end of April and run through the month into May.
- There are mandatory training dates for all Playland employees on April 24th, and May 2nd, 3rd, and 9th.
- Additional mandatory training may be required for the FIFA Fan Festival™, this information will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
Due to the nature of the event, candidates may be subject to additional background checks and screenings where applicable.

Please note that while you are provided with the opportunity to indicate your preferred season to work, you may be hired for either season. We will do our best to prioritize your preferred selection where possible. By applying to this job posting you will be automatically considered for both seasons.

Successful applicants will receive an interview invitation via email in March. Virtual group interviews will be held on March 24th, 26th, and 28th. The interview invitation will allow all candidates to choose their preferred Playland jobs.
