As part of the Sales & Marketing team, the Manager of Group Sales & Call Centre is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Group Sales department and TicketLeader Call Centre.
The Manager, Digital Media, reports to the Director of Marketing. They will play a key role in marketing team to elevate our business results and provide our guests and clients with a positive experience, as well as develop and implement all targeted content strategies for various media platforms.
The role involves overseeing security operations, emergency response planning, staff management, and the coordination of safety initiatives for events and day-to-day operations.
